When planning your stay, some questions might arise. Here you will find every important information at a glance.

Most frequent questions

What are your check-in times?

Check-in starts at 3:30 PM and our reception is open till 8:00 PM.

When do we have to leave the room on the day of departure?

Please check-out till 11:00 AM.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay cash, with EC/Maestro card or credit card. A confirmation of cost coverage sent by your company is fine as well.

Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, there is a huge parking lot in front of the hotel. The parking is free of charge.

Do you have a charging station for electric cars?

Yes, we have a charging point for two cars right next to the hotel. Please come to the reception first to benefit from our cheaper charging rate for hotel guests.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, for a little extra fee you can bring your pet as well. Please contact us in advance.

Is it possible to shed our bicycles at the hotel?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your bicycles into the hotel. At our bike station you can also charge your e-bike for your next trip.

Which facilities are available in the hotel room?

All rooms have got a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer), double bed, free wifi and a flatscreen TV. Additional features are depending on the room type.

Does the hotel have a pool?

Yes. From the hotel you walk straight into the Goldbad Korbach with its 25 metre sports pool, non swimmer area and two diving platforms. Admission to the indoor pool is free for hotel guests, tickets are available at reception.

Can hotel guests use the sauna?

Yes. Hotel guests use the sauna area and the brine bath of the Goldbad at a reduced special rate. Just ask at reception.

When is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet opens at 6:30 am. By arrangement we are happy to prepare your breakfast earlier. Expect fresh rolls, homemade jams, honey from our own beehives and local specialities such as regional sausage.

Is late check in possible?

Yes, late check in after 8 pm is no problem. Please let us know in advance.

How large are the rooms?

All rooms measure 28 m². Comfort and Business Plus rooms sleep up to three guests, on request we prepare the sofa bed for a third person.

Do you offer baby cots?

Yes, baby cots are free of charge. For families we are happy to reserve rooms next to each other.

How good is the internet at the hotel?

Two fibre lines serve the hotel and every room has its own WiFi 7 access point. The Business rooms also have a LAN port. Internet access is free.

Is Netflix available in the room?

Netflix is free in all Business and Business Plus rooms, and you can stream your own content via Chromecast. Business Plus rooms also have a PlayStation 4 Pro.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Yes. For companies with regular stays in Korbach we agree individual corporate rates. Just get in touch.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Yes. The hotel and the Stadthalle Korbach offer rooms for up to 410 guests, from small conference rooms to the great hall.

How far is it to the old town and to Lake Edersee?

The old town of Korbach is a five minute walk away. Lake Edersee is about 25 minutes by car.

Is there a lounge?

Yes. Our hotel lounge is open to guests around the clock, seven days a week.
