Korbach is a great starting point for tours between Lake Edersee, the Kellerwald and the Upland. At Hotel Touric you store your bike safely, charge the battery and walk straight into the indoor pool after your tour.

The Ederseebahn cycle path starts on the southern edge of Korbach. For around 26 km the paved, car free former railway line runs with gentle gradients, two short tunnels and several viaducts to Buhlen near Affoldern. There it connects to the Eder cycle route, and side routes lead to Waldeck and the dam.
Bicycles can be stored safely in the hotel. Charge your e bike at our bike station for the next stage. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am so you can set off early.
The ancient beech forests of the national park are part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The national park centre in Herzhausen is around 12 km from Korbach and a good gateway to the trails around Lake Edersee.
Willingen is around 23 km away, with hiking trails, a bike park and ski slopes in winter.
From the hotel you walk straight into the Goldbad Korbach with its 25 metre pool, and admission to the indoor pool is free for hotel guests. Sauna and brine bath are available at a special rate. Afterwards a spacious 28 m² room awaits, and the old town with its restaurants is a five minute walk away.
